Risk Free Apparel Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is #1 at CyclePartsNation, so if an apparel item does not fit properly, we will gladly exchange the wrong size for the right size. Simply call or e-mail CyclePartsNation, explain the situation and we'll make arrangements for the return of the item that doesn't fit, and assign an RMA number to your return. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned item back to CyclePartsNation. Upon arrival and inspection of the old item, CyclePartsNation will promptly ship your new item back to you for free. Please note, exchange items must be in their original, new, unused, unworn condition and must include all original undamaged packaging and instructions as well as all tags, Failure to follow this instruction may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return. Additionally, our risk free apparel exchange does not include closeout items and helmets. Risk free apparel exchange is only available in the 48 Continental United States.
